Construction of the 22,500 square foot OfficeMax was completed in October in plenty of time for the November grand opening.

The building was the fourth of seven Primrose Marketplace anchor stores located at 3500 Glenstone Avenue in Springfield, Missouri.

Following a prototype design for the chain’s 900 stores, the design was adapted to existing municipal codes. All details pertaining to the construction of the free-standing building were handled in record time by the construction team, including the last-minute addition of a mezzanine requested by the owner.
