Vanstar completed the historic renovation of Tower Grove Park’s West Gatehouse originally built in 1870. This Gatehouse along with the West Gate remain to be the only example of Gothic Revival Style in the Park. Work consisted of an interior gut renovation, exterior ADA accessibility improvements, tuckpointing, new slate roof, new windows, new mechanical/electrical/plumbing systems. This renovation converted the space from a residence to an office space for the park.
