Arlington United Methodist Church wanted to expand their existing facility to add a multipurpose gymnasium, additional classrooms and administrative offices and create a more functional facility to service the community’s spiritual needs. Vanstar Construction Company was selected to perform this design/build project.

Some of the challenges encountered during the project included tying into existing sewer systems, poor soil conditions, requiring remedial corrections, tight site constraints and circulation and matching the existing church’s architecture and materials.
