Construction of the build-to-suit Allied Medical Systems office warehouse at 15 Hollenberg Court in Bridgeton, Missouri was a pleasant experience for owner/occupant Joseph Rogers.

Completed on schedule and within budget, the 6,020 ft., one-story facility serves as corporate headquarters for Allied Medical Systems, Inc. hospital supply. The new corporate building is accented with split-face natural concrete units and tinted glass panels in clear anodized aluminum frames. The light color of the block and aluminum frames against the contrasting gray-tinted glass produces the buildings highly defined elevations. Floor to ceiling glass fenestration on the building’s east elevation creates a bright office environment, allowing natural light to penetrate the office portion of the facility. The buildings distinctive elevations combined with the prominent location of the property within the Hollenberg Business Park make it highly visible and identifiable as one enters the part and from the Interstate 70/270 interchange.
